Why is my energy level decreasing?

I'd like some advice. Lately, I've noticed that I only have enough energy to get through the workday, and then I don't feel like doing anything in the evening. At first, I thought it was just fatigue, but now I'm starting to doubt it. Has anyone else experienced this? What tests have actually helped identify the cause? I'd be grateful for any recommendations.

If you notice a constant decrease in energy and want to understand what factors may be contributing to it, I recommend reading the article https://ways2well.com/blog/does-trt-give-you-energy-best-trt-for-boosting-energy-levels. The article explains in detail the impact of testosterone levels on physical and mental performance and explains why a comprehensive evaluation is necessary before prescribing TRT. This article helps us understand that chronic fatigue isn't always related to age or overwork. A proper diagnosis allows us to identify the underlying cause of our symptoms and discuss the most appropriate course of action with a specialist.
